The hotel is located in the town of Mustafapasa, 4 km from Urgup, and so it was much quieter than Urgup or Goreme. Breakfasts were fantastic! We ate dinner at the nearby Old Greek House both nights just because the food was so good, the ambiance beautiful, and the staff friendly. A great choice if you prefer less dust and noise after a busy day of sightseeing.

Otel çok temiz, çok konforluydu. Odalar gayet ferahtı. Bu mağara otellerin basık ve temizlikten uzak olduğunu görmüştüm daha önce. Bu otel kesinlikle öyle değil. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve ilgiliydi. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Kesinlikle herkese tavsiye edeceğim ve kendim de ilk fırsatta tekrar gitmek isterim.

A gem. Amazing, spacious cave room that was well equipped. Ismael was an amazing host, friendly and helpful as was our host at the Cavern. A breakfast to die for. This is definitely on our list of places to return to.

I loved our 4 day stay at Cappadocia Estates Hotel! Every aspect of our stay here was outstanding. The buildings and grounds are just beautiful and the atmosphere was spell-binding. Our superior cave room was a delight and very comfortable. The management team and staff could not have been any better and went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after. Their level of service was superior. Particular thanks to both Yunus and Ismail for your outstanding service. You made our stay so pleasurable and we felt truly pampered. Cappadoccia Estates was a highlight of our trip to Turkey and I highly recommend you stay here if you want a more peaceful setting than the bustle of Goreme. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else if I ever get another opportunity to visit Cappadocia.

We greatly enjoyed our three nights here in the family connected rooms. As far as we could tell we were the only guests on the property for a couple of nights, and our kids enjoyed having the run of the area and meeting the property's many cats and kittens. Of all the places we stayed on our three week vacation, breakfast at Cappadocia Estates was by far their favorite. We appreciated the quality and variety, and my 5yo is still talking about how much she loved their pancakes, post-trip. Reasons I can't give five stars: flooring panel coming up slightly in the primary bedroom when stepped on. A/C was available in the primary bedroom but not the kids' room downstairs. Which at the price point I would have expected. We could not get hot water in the room for sink or tub until maintenance turned it on for us after we couldn't figure out how to get hot water while showering. The tub released some black gunk into the water when using the jets. That said, it really is a beautiful estate with spacious rooms and outstanding staff, with minor need of updating or repair.

Excellent, clean and luxurious rooms. Its a little outside town but nothing in that area is close by. You either rent a car in Cappadocia or use taxi. Ismail was great. Extremely kind, friendly, helpful and professional. He took good care of us. He even packed our breakfast in a bag because we were leaving early morning before breakfast was served.

A secluded property providing a quiet space for relaxation with an incredible view and amazing rooms. The hotel is located near a town for restaurants. The breakfast is fulfilling and very Turkish like. The staff is always attentive and ready to accommodate your needs as well as facilitating transportation to local attractions. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Этот отель расположен в селе Мустафапаша, которое находится в 5 км от Ургюпа. В описании отеля есть несколько неточностей. В нем нет СПА, нет ресторана. Завтраки довольно скудные и не разнообразные. Есть с чем сравнивать, так как путешествуем по разным городам Турции. Омлет, надо отдать должное, был очень вкусный. Я бронировал дуплекс, самый дорогой номер, так как это единственный номер в отеле, где есть дверь между комнатами. Но на самом деле это две крохотные комнатки размещенные на разных этажах и соединенные лестницей. А запах нафталина отбил желание в нем жить. Так как в отеле на тот момент не было гостей, менеджер предложил семейный номер с одним условием, что последнюю ночь мы проведем в дуплексе. Я согласился, но после пары ночей мы решили съехать из отеля раньше на эту ночь. Спасибо господину Юнусу, что согласился вернуть деньги за последнюю ночь, хотя бронирование было невозвратным. Я, конечно, понимаю, что Каппадокия дорогое место для проживания. Но, если отель берет немалые деньги, то турист ожидает получить соответствующий сервис в ответ. Исходя из выше сказанного не могу советовать данный отель. Но, если, вы, все же, решите остановиться в этом отеле, берите семейный номер 212. Да, кстати, в Мустафапаша, тоже отличные виды на разноцветные скалы, только нужно проехать/пройти на окраину!

るるぶをみて選びました。 暖炉がある広いへやを選びました。 ホスピタリティが極めて高く空港トランスファー、カッパドキアツアー、気球の手配を丁寧にアレンジしてくれました。 環境も非常に閑静でよく、カッパドキアの味のある環境でした。 年末年始の喧騒からも離れていてゆっくりできました。

Nice hotel in Mustafapasa

The hotel Staff is really great. They are all extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast each morning was first class. We were worried that the rooms would be cold as it was a "cave" room. They were warm, well decorated and the bathroom had great water pressure. We suggest a car unless you will book a tour to take you places as it is in Mustafapasa, near Urgup. Although they had a few restaurants in the town, we ended up going to Goreme to eat most of our dinners as we finished activities near there each day.
