You will never want to leave.

This was an amazing hotel to stay at. Beautiful views; friendly staff and superb hospitality. It was also an extra bonus that they had ice water and a coffee machine available for guests at all hours. Staff was patient with all guests and really gave great ideas on how to spend our time in Lauterbrunnen and close by communities. We did not want to leave this hotel.

Loved the main hotel, we stayed in a chateau across the street. Charming, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, amazing view, perfect location, lovely breakfast, the only drawbacks were having to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs and the smell in our room/closet. Good location and decent breakfast. Check-in can be more helpful...I feel like you needed to figure everything out or have to ask the right questions rather be provided with any helpful guidance upfront. Room itself was clean and has good insulation. However, the bed mattress is not very good, covers and duvet were very starchy/scratchy, and pillow (you only get 1 per person) was pretty useless (mostly air in the pillow, not much to it, it is as flat as flat can get).
