O Bourbon Resort Atibaia é incrível. Fomos em 2 adultos, 1 bebê de 1 ano de idade e 2 idosos (um deles com dificuldade de locomoção). O hotel é muito bem estruturado, 100% com acessibilidade, transporte interno, atividades para todas as idades. A equipe do hotel dispensa comentários. Todos desde a recepção, valet, equipe de bagagens, garçons, camareiras, recreação, cozinha, absolutamente todos muito bem preparados, cordiais, educados e simpáticos. O restaurante Italiano Vezzoso é excepcional também. Fomos no feriado de Tiradentes e mesmo havendo bastante gente o Resort comporta bem e tranquilamente. A limpeza do hotel e de todas as suas estruturas (restaurantes, banheiros, piscinas, quartos, brinquedoteca, teatro, copa baby, academia) estava impecável. O quarto é bastante amplo, confortável e limpo. A vista também era excelente em ambos os quartos. As únicas sugestões de melhoria (mas que não atrapalharam em nada a nossa estadia) são: uma porta entre a área do banheiro e as camas devido a barulhos (secador, torneira, descarga, chuveiro) por conta da rotina de bebes que costumam dormir mais cedo e ficam incomodados com barulho; e a preferência em elevadores ou no transporte interno (trenzinho e onibus) para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Muitas vezes não conseguíamos lugar no transporte e tínhamos que aguardar por conta da quantidade de pessoas e pelo fato de não podermos carregar andador no ônibus, apenas no trenzinho.

Grande parte das atividades oferecidas são pagas. O hotel dispõe de tirolesa (paga), um andar inteiro de games para crianças (todos com fichas pagas). Mesmo sendo pensão completa durante o período da tarde não é oferecido nenhum café da tarde (mesmo um café deve ser pago) Nas refeições existe somente um restaurante incluso, os outros dois são mediante reserva, que deve ser feita entre 14h e 18h de acordo com a disponibilidade de lugar. Fui no restaurante 3 refeições, somente em uma delas teve várias opções de carne vermelha (no domingo) na sexta a noite e sábado no almoço somente contra file como carne vermelha. Para os vegetarianos, tinha somente legumes e salada, nenhuma proteína vegetal (somente no domingo teve lasanha de cogumelos). Na sobremesado meu filho encontramos um plástico dentro. (*somente o restaurante italiano que conseguimos ir no sábado a noite que foi excelente (atendimento, opções, tudo impecavel) Durante as refeições deveriam deixar as bebidas disponiveis em algum lugar, é sempre necessário solicitar à um garçom (alguns são rápidos e solícitos, outros demoram 20minutos pra levar e alguns esquecem). Em períodos de chuva existe acesso somente a uma piscina interna (pequena) o restante da estrutura não é possível utilizar pois não existem acessos cobertos até os locais. Teve uma degustação de vinhos porém é no mesmo horário que você precisa estar na fila para retirar o convite do teatro a noite (você precisa ficar 40minutos na fila e perde o único evento)
