I had a really good time, this hotel is very near from sannomiya station, sannomiya shopping street and the view from the hotel is also great. Staff is really helpful and polite. Of course the room is smaller but that’s I think the case everywhere in Japan. Overall it was a really great experience.

Not far from Sannomiya Station, and the room was nice enough for travelers who only seek for a private and clean place to stay! Although they do not provide free bottle water, there are vending machines in the hotel and a convenient store nearby.

Great experience

Outside room were kind of outdated, but inside was nice and breakfast was great. Rice, bread, sandwiches, Curley rice, yogurt, fruits, small pieces of grilled fish, natto, eggs, sausages, bacon, some vegetable dishes,etc. That was really nice to have so many choices and taste great. I would love to go back to this hotel to have the breakfast again. I also loved the shampoo bar which was located in the front of the front desk where you can pick different kinds of shampoo and conditioner. I really enjoyed it. I would love to stay there again.

スタッフの気遣いが素晴らしいです。丁寧な対応、ロビーで写真を何枚か撮っているとすぐに出てきてくれて、家族写真も撮っていただきました。 宿泊中お湯が出ないトラブルもありましたが、近隣の入浴施設への案内等（私は利用しませんでしたがホテル負担の様でした）で対応。 たまたま私がシャンプーバーに行った際にお湯トラブルの件を聞きました。その際、フロントの方がお詫びとして翌日朝食をつけて頂き（予約時に朝食をつけ忘れていた）結果としてラッキーでした。フロントの職員の方の対応、レストランのスタッフの方の対応すごく良く、また機会があれば次も利用したいと思いました。初めての神戸旅行でしたが、本当に全ての方（ホテル、タクシー運転手、飲食店スタッフ）が丁寧、親切、おもてなし精神が強い。神戸だいすきになりましたありがとうございました
