We enjoyed a relaxing two night stay here. Our room was large and very comfortable. Nice amenities including snacks in the room, a breakfast bar (for an added fee), and full laundry facility. Friendly and helpful staff. The paid parking on the premises is highly recommended as street parking is not easy to find. The hotel location is extremely convenient- a short walk into the village.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel that is very walkable to downtown. We checked in after hours and the process was very easy. The rooms are nicely decorated! They provided complimentary snacks and have a lovely complimentary happy hour! They were also super accommodating— we were going to Milford Sound and staying over night on a boat, the hotel let us keep our bags there even though we checked out. Super friendly staff— highly recommend!

Great 3 days! Only thing that could possibly have been better was the morning coffee. Great location and managers on site were very attentive. Happy hour was great as was the bottle of wine in the beginning to relieve the stress of our flight etc from Australia. Highly recommend, and already thinking about coming back and spending a week there. Queenstown was great!

Absolutely beautiful little hotel within walking distance to restaurants and the water. Lovely staff and they even provided complimentary snacks and drinks (including a lolly bar!) and complimentary happy hour for all guests at 5pm each day. It really appreciated that there were no additional charges for things like the mini-bar, snacks, happy hour, continental breakfast. The room was very well appointed, good water pressure in shower. We even had a choice of the type of wine which was included as the VIP bonus (and it was very good wine too). Staff at reception were very friendly, efficient at checking us in and showing us around the hotels amenities. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk to the waterfront, park and shopping/dining.

What a gem. We have no hesitation in recommending here. The staff are so friendly and welcoming; the rooms are spacious…loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom; the bed is comfortable and to top it off everything is gratis… no mini bar fees and a lovely “happy hour” every afternoon with wines, beers and cheese board…such an lovely touch.
