Family holiday not couples

We chose the wrong hotel, itveas the first time we stsyed in apartment and there were so many children there, it was very noisy, but the staff were very helpful the place was clesn and the beds were comfortable

Poor parking cost !!

Good facilities, helpful staff, good location, only disappointment was the cost of parking ! Busy in Mojocar when I arrived on a Sunday, could not book parking for 1x night only ☹️

Before we travelled we requested ground floor apts with walk in showers to to elderly couple and also reduced mobility with remainder of party. This was accepted as previous trips. When we arrived we were only allocated one of these rooms and when asked to speak with hotel manager, they refused to speak with me. We have never benn so poorly treated by this hotel.

Good value comfortable accommodation

We stayed in an accessible apartment. It involved a long ramp to reception, a loft and some slopy paths and another ramp, so it was accessible but a little long winded to get to our ground floor apartment. It had everything we needed for a few nights stay. Two huge comfortable beds and a wheel in shower. Table and chairs etc and a lovely large balcony overlooking the pool. No kettle or toaster, but a microwave and hob allowed for tea making. Only small cups available for hot drinks, so I bought a mug. I would stay again. The receptionist was lovely as were all the staff.

Une expérience à ne pas refaire

Obligé de faire le ménage à fond en arrivant des morceaux de jambon trainant par terre dans la cuisine et le sol de l’ensemble de l’appartement laissant à désirer, de plus nos avons fait la vaisselle les couverts et assiettes étant gras et tachés, et nettoyer la table pleine de gras collant. Pas très engageant de le début. Pueblo plutôt très bruyant ainsi que le restaurant Couloir et terrasse autour de la première piscine devant la brasserie pas nettoyé, mégots cheveux ….etant présent chaque jours de notre séjour Bref nous ne reviendrons pas.

Nuestra experiencia en general ha ido bién pero al ponernos en el edificio buganvilla que está al final de todo, con niños pequeños hay que caminar mucho y se cansan. La habitación no estaba del todo limpia pero bueno estaba bastante bién y amplia. El bufet prácticamente hay siempre lo mismo para comer y cansa un poco y para los niños no hay nada diferente. Podría haber algún tipo más de cereales para ellos. Lo que más nos ha gustado son las piscinas, el mono club y la amabilidad de los empleados.

Der Club liegt direkt an einem kleinen Sand/Kieselstrand. Wir hatten ein Appartement in Erdgeschoss. Recht großzügig, aber sehr schlicht und spartanisch eingerichtet. Insgesamt sauber. Die Einrichtung ist aber schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett war sehr klein und ziemlich hart. Wir hatten das Halbpensionspaket. Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl, aber sehr mäßiger Qualität der Speisen. Abendessen in Buffetform mit ebenfalls großer Auswahl in mäßiger Qualität. Fazit: ein in die Jahre gekommener Club, der für uns für eine Übernachtung völlig in Ordnung war. Und sieht man den günstigen Preis, war es wirklich gut.

Nosotros particularmente estuvimos 45 minutos para el check in porque la chica era nueva... Tuvimos paciencia pero creo que debería alguien con ella para enseñarle... animación prácticamente inexistente, solo el día de deporte vi algo. El apartamento era insoportable el olor a humedad, tanto que tuve que comprar un ambientador y tener todo el día la ventana abierta para poder dormir algo. La comida bastante decepcionada por calidad. Estuvimos un par de días y habían muchas quejas entre los clientes... Espero que esté comentario sirva para mejorar

Escapada divertida

En líneas generales bastante buena, pero el apartamento que nos asignaron, estaba en el último edificio, buganvilla, para ir con peques muy retirado de la entrada del hotel…., el apartamento muy amplio y cómodo, los servicios y el hotel como tal, Excelente La limpieza….. no limpiaron como tal, solo hicieron la camas, el baño solo cambiaron las toallas, ni barrieron ni nada… y en el apartamento tampoco… Estuvimos muy agusto y para ir con familias está genial.

Ingen lugn och ro här.

Lägenheten var ok, jag valde den för att det fanns kök, så jag slapp äta ute varje dag i 2 veckor. Städpatruklen kom varje dag, men oftast tackade jag nej. Jag stökade inte till . Parkeringsgaraget under jord var toppen. Nu till det negativa. Det fanns inget WiFi på rummet, så mitt eget tog slut på några dagar. Det fanns ett torg utanför receptionen och där fanns WiFi i ena hörnet. Det satt mycket folk med sina telefoner där. Sedan något som var värre. Det var aldrig tyst. Jag bodde ganska nära den nedre poolen, och där pågick aktiviteter flera.ggr/dag med hög pop musik. Även när det inte var aktiviteter pågick musik på hög nivå, det var aldrig tyst. På kvällen vid 21-tiden var det högljudd underhållning fram ta 23.30. Jag tyckte inte att det var något nöje att sitta balkongen fast det var väldigt vacker utsikt. Stranden låg bara tvärs över gatan Har man småbarn kan man bo högst upp i området, mina barn och barnbarn har bott där. Det finns ett jättefint pool-område för småttingar där. Jag kan inte minnas att vi stördes av hög musik där, och barnen hade jätteroligt.

Despedida del Verano24

La estancia a nivel de habitacion bien pero estabamos en un apartamento planta tercera con escaleras incomodisimas. El apartamento bien por dentro, no hay habitacion matrimonio, el sofa cama pues eso porque esta el chiquillo de once años pero para adulto no. Limpieza correcta sin problemas. Aire acondicionado no habia forma de bajarlo de 18 grados demasiado fuerte. Bufet muy bueno pero muy concurrido...la zona muy bien, playa cerca y limpia, espectacular la zona en general.
