I slept well but the building is old and some stuff in the room is in rough condition. Also there was no mirror in the bathroom for some reason. There was a fridge but no microwave.

Foi horrível. O primeiro quarto que nos foi oferecido não possuia nem massaneta na porta. Tudo muito velho e em más condições. Reclamamos na portaria e o atendente nos mudou de quarto. Nesta outra unidade a lâmpada estava queimada, as toalhas de banho com cheiro forte de guardada, chuveiro que não esquentava (como é inverno e estava frio foi um problema) e pêlos (humanos)pelo banheiro. O som dos bares que se situam na frente do hotel é absurdamente alto e vai até bem alem das 2h da manhã. Elevadores absurdamente velhos e sem manutenção nenhuma. Tomadas nos corredores com fios expostos gerando risco de choques e incêndios. Não tem estacionamento nem perto do local para deixar malas, precisamos contratar estacionamento longe e ao custo de R$30,00 ao dia. Fiquei tão decepcionada com a acomodação que nem quis tomar o café da manhã em um lugar tão insalubre.

Hotel horrível . O combinado via WhatsApp com funcionário não foi cumprido. Hotel muito velho. As toalhas de banho todas manchadas e muito ásperas. Banheiro todo manchado. Ralo do banheiro quebrado e usam o tapete pra tampar. O azulejo do Box afunda quando a gente pisa nele. Fizeram até um furo pra água sair. O colchão é uns 30 cm menor do que o Box e fica saindo o tempo todo. Móveis extremamente velhos e com mau cheiro . Impossível usar as gavetas para guardar qualquer coisa. As camareiras entram no quarto com você dentro porque não tem como avisar que o quarto está ou não disponível . Pior hospedagem já feita. NÃO HOSPEDEM-SE NESSE LUGAR.

Antes do horário do Check-out: batem na porta e ligam no quarto incomodando... Condições de estruta péssimo, mesmo o imóvel sendo antigo a manutenção tbm ficou no passado... Com móveis velhos em péssimo estado, descascando, chão com remendos, controle da tv sem pilha, colchão velho e manchado, toalhas manchadas. Café da manhã muito ruim. Sincera se tivesse uma nota abaixo de 1 estrela eu daria.... Nunca mais eu me hospedo e nem indico...

Uma pena um hotel não ter melhorado com o tempo, os donos devem ser refens donque pinga de dinheiro, não reinvestem, ou nem tem interesse de investir. Agua não esquenta, ar condicionado nao gela, parece uma caixa de marimbondo, banheiro bem destruido. Frigobar ok, atendimento é excelente, cafe da manha ok. E infelizmente por estar na av Amazonas tem um barulho muito alto dos veículos e dos bares ao redor.

O atendimento na recepção impecável, funcionários totalmente atenciosos e prestativo, mas o quarto horrível, banheiro alagado, armário fedendo a barata, durmi sem ar condicionado não funcionou tinha tanta sujeira que pifou, mosquito, e calor NOTA 10 para o café da manhã variedades, fartura muitas opções, um garçom maravilhoso que não deixava faltar nada. Fiz o meu chekin no dia seguinte, e fui para outro hotel, pagando o mesmo valor, mas um nível superior em limpeza, e conforto
