Not sure why this place got some bad reviews. Sure it is old but maintained impecibly. Still has a lot of the 1950’s vintage charm without being run down at all. Very clean. This is an older property in a classic sense. But it fit my needs perfectly. I was walking distance to a conference hotel that was double the price. A nice easy walk to restaurants and the beach. Clean room, clean sheets, hot shower was all I needed and they hit it out the park. If you need conceirge and other hotel like ammenities this is not for you. If your self sufficient this is a great spot.

Hot tub was fantastic! The heated pool was great. The room could have been cleaned at least once during our week stay. Unfortunately with beach sand and swimming pool water the floor was filthy. Did not have face cloths or hand towels available for everyone. Luckily bath towels were. Pool towels were not available each day. No kitchen towels or paper towels available. I was told to use a face cloth which were already insufficient. The staff was always polite, friendly and as helpful as they could be considering the towels shortages.
