Great apartment in a quaint area of Lisbon with superb view. We were on the 3rd floor without a lift but we didn't mind that too much. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom had double glazing, although the street wasn't very noisy. The aircon was very welcome after a warm day, and we also used the shutters to prevent the sun from roasting the flat through the day. We liked having a small kitchen to prepare breakfast and have light dinners. Plenty of public transport on the doorstep : tram 15E, buses 713, 714 and 727 and the train at Santos a bit further. Lots of good cafés, restaurants and all fresco eating options nearby. The Time Out market is a 15 min walk away and Praca do Comercio 27 min. We would happily stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived after a long day of flying! We walked into a very clean, safe building that was equipped with all of the necessities for a comfortable vacation. We enjoyed the views of the water, the beautiful sunshine, the close proximity to transit, restaurants and small stores. Staying here we felt we were living like the locals, which was exactly what we desired. Having laundry in the unit was perfect. And…we loved hanging our laundry outside to dry! All of the rooms were spacious. If we were to return, we’d definitely choose to stay here again. Our host was helpful and answered any of our questions promptly.

Amazing appartement fully renovated with all the amenities you can think of to feel at home. The host was really welcoming and helpful. The appartement is in a calm neighbourhood but not to far from the city center with a great vue of the saint statue and the river. Would definitely book this appartement again if I’m coming back.

The location was quiet and there are hills which is normal in Lisbon. There are great places to eat and public transport was just a walk away. It was a safe neighborhood (French and Belgian embassies were our neighbors). There is a co working space down the road called Wheelhouse and the owner is so friendly. Ricardo was also so great at answering our questions and responded quickly (thank you again for the tasty cookies and water). You have everything you need in the apartment; great shower, à/c, washer, oven/stove and à bonus was the air flow from the patio (so great to hang out there) to the bedroom windows which is so helpful to cooling the house too. We would return if we could. Nice place for sure!

Logement très propre, grand et moderne. La terrasse avec vue sur la végétation est trés agréable. La climatisation fonctionne très bien. Le petit magasin et le resto en bas de la rue sont très pratiques en rentrant le soir. Ricardo nous a très bien accueilli. Nous recommandons son logement.

Ficamos hospedados por 5 dias, local maravilhoso, limpo, ficamos no 3 andar com vista para o Cristo rei, apartamento bem completo com utensílios de cozinha, ferro de passar, máquina de lavar roupa,microondas, ficamos em um quarto cama de casal e ventilador, e na sala tem ar condicionado e um sofá cama.O Sr Ricardo foi super atencioso desde o início, como também o s funcionários . Super recomendo O prédio não tem elevador, então tem escadas para subir. Super recomendo

Casa tutta ristrutturata e completa di tutto. Addirittura lavatrice e lavastoviglie se uno resta più a lungo. Bisogna fare tre piani di scale a piedi ma tanto li farai non più di due volte al giorno ma in compenso aprendo le finestre c'è un ottima ventilazione. Posizione strategica appena fuori il centro ma con tram 25e che passa a 50 metri da casa e ti porta in centro in 15/20 minuti. E con 15 minuti di camminata arrivi al tram 15e che ti porta a Belém in 20 minuti. 2 piccoli market a una decina di minuti a piedi. Ricardo è venuto subito a salutarci e visto che parla anche un po' italiano a darci suggerimenti. Ci ha fatto anche lasciare le valige fino al pomeriggio della partenza in casa. Super consigliato.

Bella struttura in zona tranquilla e ben collegata al centro, 10 minuti con tram e bus che passano vicino e 25 minuti a piedi. È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole impreziosito da Ricardo che è molto disponibile e simpatico, ci ha pure proposto un upgrade gratuito della camera per darcene una più confortevole per i nostri figli. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!
