Staff was very friendly. The view was exceptional. We were oceanfront with a balcony. The hotel needs updating for sure. We had a king sized bed and the mattress was soft but the bed or frame was lopsided.ended up with a pinched nerve after three nights. Our room was also right above a cantina and on the boardwalk. Weekend noise is crazy. During the week it was quiet by 11 pm. If you don’t mind the outdated makeup of the motel this is a great place for convenience. Everything is right there.

I wanted a place on the boardwalk to meet with family who were staying nearby in a condo. It was a great location - right on the boardwalk, close and easy! I love that the rooms were labeled with their location. I got a room that wasn’t facing the boardwalk or pool and it was quiet.

The motel was average not too clean but close to the beach. Had to call for room service which wasn’t too great anyway. The room smelled and was never bleached like we asked. The ocean was fun but ocean city is overcrowded! Anyway it all turned out to be a pleasant week at the beach.

Good location if you don’t get a ocean view room there are many other hotels that offer better views of the action the property sits well off Baltimore ave so if you don’t like the noise from the road it’s not as bad as some locations down there. Tv channels suck as most ocean resort h

Property had easy access to boardwalk, and was safe at night. Stay was great. Pool was clean. Rooms were clean, can’t help sand being everywhere. Ac units could use an update. Our room was cold but later on at night ac would blow warm air. Would stay again if we were to come back.
