Excelente hotel. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Atendimento excelente em especial da Valéria. Bom café da manhã. Em frente tem um restaurante muito bom para comer carne ou pizza. La Scottona. Não tem nada para fazer por perto, mais achei tranquilo andar durante o dia. A noite o hotel disponibiliza uma Van gratuito a partir das 20:00 até às 23:30horas (ida e volta) que te deixa em frente ao Hotel Mercure no centro.

O hotel está em reforma, mas atendeu bem às expectativas. O atendimento no check-in e check-out foi rápido e eficiente. O café da manhã é bom, os quartos estavam limpos e organizados. Um ponto positivo é o traslado noturno gratuito para o centro histórico, que facilita bastante. No geral, recomendo a hospedagem.

Nice hotel, not so nice area

Hotel Tiempo is nice, we had a clean and spacious room with a great roof terrace. There isn't a restaurant but guests can use the sister hotel directly opposite a small road. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. However, the surrounding area is very industrial and dirty which would put us off staying there again. There is litter everywhere and very few places to eat in the nearby vicinity. It was ok for our one night stay but will choose somewhere more central next time.

Me and my daughter had a wonderful time at hotel Tiempo. The staff is very helpful and friendly with everything you need, specially Mario and Anna (desk) We can’t forget about Anna (keeper) - always smiling and helping with anything we ask. Also we had a great conversation with Nunzia (another hotel staff member) always making us laugh. Definitely a good time visiting hotel Tiempo.

Hotel ok but not the best!

The hotel is very clean and the staff is amazing! Although the hotel is under construction, we didn’t hear any noise. Breakfast is included and quite good. The rooms are small, the beds are a bit stiff, and the pillows are uncomfortable. It's suitable for a one- or two-night stay at most. The surrounding area is dirty and unappealing, with garbage everywhere—it feels a bit unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend walking around at night. However, the hotel is not far from the metro, which takes you directly to the city center.

Das Hotel als solches ist einigermaßen ok. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Habe im Zimmer einen Kühlschrank vermisst, weniger den Inhalt der Minibar, denn eigene Sachen zu kühlen. Frühstück ist nicht wirklich ein Buffet, sondern es wird einem nach Gusto von der Bedienung zusammengestellt. Die Umgebung ist leider nicht so toll. Das Hotel liegt mitten in einem (hauptsächlich chinesischen) Gewerbegebiet. Fußweg zum Hauptbahnhof (Napoli Centrale) beträgt ca. 30 Minuten.

O hotel não aceita que você traga nada de fora e impõe que tudo seja adquirido através do serviço de quarto que tem até às 21 hs para se fazer pedido no restaurante , fora esse prazo nem água tem para servir , além de apresentar um problema na porta do banheiro da suite que ficamos

Eine Absteige im Chinatown von Neapel.. Eine schreckliche Gegend.. Der Service im Hotel ist mehr als übel.! Das Personal ist unfreundlich..! Das Frühstück ist ne Schau.. Es wir einen etwas auf den Teller getan, von Mitarbeitern, die völlig unfähig sind... Keine Auswahl, schlechter Kaffe aus einem billigen Automaten... Keine Büfett... Leute, Corona ist vorbei!! Eines der schlechtesten Hotel, dass ich in meiner Laufbahn als 62 jähriger Urlauber besucht habe.. Leute, spart euch dass Geld, und übernachtet lieber auf einer Parkbank..

Hôtel de dernière minutes, le lit fait mal au dos mais au moins il y’en a un la sale de bain sens pas forcément bon je pense que ça viens des égouts mais le personnel est tres gentil un employer a compris que nous étions français et nous a tout bien expliqué avec des plans et a fait l’effort de parler français c’est un hôtel qui dépanne. Il y’a pas Mal de chat au tout et dans l’hôtel donc à éviter si vous êtes allergique moi j’ai kiffer
