Great location in a non-touristy area but easy to travel into the centre. Good shops and restaurants locally. Clean and comfortable bed. We weren’t advised when booking about a security deposit, however, the owner waived this.

Great Customer Service. You can connect with them via WhatsApp. Good location as most of the GetYourGuide tours starts from Las Ventas which is on walking distance from the apartment. Metro stop Ventas is also nearby that takes you directly to down town statio Sol.

NO indican en la descripción que es en un subsuelo. Al quejarme por ello indicaron que la falta de "un campo técnico en la Web para especificar la planta no invalida la veracidad del anuncio", desastre !. NO es un departamento, no tiene bacha para lavar la losa, se debe lavar en el lavabo del baño. NO proveen siquiera un paño para secarla, se les pidió y dicen que no tienen disponible. NO tiene hornallas ni placa vitrocerámica. NO tiene placard ni percha, solo una cajonera de tres cajones en el mueble del televisor. NO hay cesto de residuos, indican usar la papelera del baño. Deberían indicar todas estas limitaciones para no sentire engañados respecto de lo que uno cree contratar. Dando esas indicaciones uno podría decidir si contratar o no, ya que considerándolo como una habitación de hotel no estaría mal por ubicación y tratarse de edificio nuevo (o reaconidicionado, no lo sé) siempre considerando que es un un subsuelo y con las demás limitaciones descriptas. (Que reitero, se deberían especificar en el anuncio).
