My daughter and her friends recently stayed at the beautiful, newly updated Melia Casa Maya Cancun All Inclusive in Cancun, and it was an amazing experience. The renovations made everything feel fresh and modern, with stunning decor and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Fernanda, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options every day. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cancun!

There is a very limited amount of shade on the beach as the palapas are reserved for an extra-charge club called "Level". The lounge chairs around the pool where there is more shade are not comfortable for laying on all day. The food was good but not as good as the NYX where we stayed last year. We were lucky to get a free upgrade to an ocean view suite so overall we are very happy with the value.

The food was delicious and fresh at both restaurants and the buffet. Our boys truly enjoyed all of the kids amenities, water park, and the special activities/games for the kids. The room was spacious and clean and we loved the location. We really liked that we could simply get on the bus and go sight seeing. What an excellent trip. We look forward to going back soon.
