Perfect stay as the room was what we needed and very clean. Extremely friendly and helpful staff (particularly the young man on reception). Whilst the guesthouse is 1-2 minutes walk from the centre with madressas, shops and cafes. So an amazing location.

Great hotel within a couple of minutes from historical sites. Local handicraft markets are close by. The first day's breakfast was a set breakfast. The second and third days' were buffet breakfasts (which I preferred as I didn't want to waste food). Dinner service was available, but plenty of restaurants close by. The owner's sons were very helpful as they spoke great English. We had to check out early for the return train, 2AM, and the hosts were able to help with Yandex/taxi. Our hosts provided us with a bag breakfast as we were not able to join in.

It was a great stay, this property is immaculate and only recently opened, so everything was new, the family staff did everything to please and the breakfast was 5 star in every respect, its location is great, right next to the big sites to see, a little tricky to find, up a little side street, but when you find it you won’t be disappointed !
