A pior hospedagem da minha vida

Não recomendo para ninguém, na primeira noite ficamos em um quarto sem janela e com um cheiro de mofo horrível, minha rinite atacou na hora, estavamos em dois e só deixaram no quarto uma toalha. a única coisa que prestou do quarto era que o lençol estava limpo. Não ligamos o ar condicionado pois estava todo empoeirado. Após nossa reclamação nos colocaram em um segundo quarto que melhorou bastante e não posso reclamara dessa segunda acomodação, mas me pergunto como uma rede hoteleira coloca seu hóspede naquele primeiro quarto, parecia um calabouço. No café da manhã no primeiro dia o melão estava azedo, no segundo dia os pães (princilpalmente o francês) estava amanhecido, pedi uma tapioca, eram 8:00 da manhã e a atendente disse que não tinha mais. Uma decepção, fora a localização do local que a noite é infestadapor andarilhos e moradores de rua. O hotel fecha as potrtas para evitar que essas pessoas entrem no hotel. Não volto nunca mais.

A localização do hotel é perfeita, próximo ao Marco Zero e ao centro da Cidade, a vista é linda, assistir o por do sol da area da piscina é maravilhoso. O hotel nos passou um quarto com colchão mole e deformado, com vista para um telhado e um cachorro na casa vizinha que latiu a noite inteira, o chuveiro elétrico nao funcionou e o wifi nao chegava no quarto. Ja me hospedei outra vez e o hotel tem quartos melhores, esse quarto esoecifico foi péssimo
