Hostess was helpful. The free pick-up from the airport is great! The hotel is convenient to 3-4 eateries. The little town is tailored for people overnighting for early-ish flights from VCE. The room itself is very clean. The bed was not particularly comfortable and we struggled getting the Air Con to function. Still, the hotel definitely serves its purpose and the hostess is very helpful
