I loved that the crew cleaned every day and the hotel was close to so many places. I also enjoyed the pool and the atmosphere. Maybe one discrepancy would be walking in while we were in the room but that was a minor issue other than that amazing experience would definitely visit again.

Despite having arrived during a water shortage, the staff did their best to accommodate us. They were helpful, extremely polite, and made our stay memorable. The hotel was a perfect distance to almost everything that we had planned for our trip! We had a rental and parking was a breeze at no cost. My only issue was the sizes of the room but it didn’t affect my rating of the hotel.

LOVED the Weekender. The location is perfect, as it’s just minutes from Condado, Old San Juan, and less than 10 minutes from the airport. It’s also within walking distance of a Walgreens and several food spots. We rented a car and had no issue getting street parking near the hotel. Just know that the room has no microwave, but that was not an issue for us. We will certainly consider the Weekender when we return!

The weekender was exceptional!…highly recommended it! I celebrated my wifes bday there! The ballon package that said happy bday before we got there really made her smile! Make sure you get it! The place is new and in style! The pool is amazing and relieves your stress! The help from the staff makes you feel like a star! Everything is well kept! The downside is i wish i stayed more days there haha! Will come back! A must book!

I recently stayed at this hotel for my birthday on June 6, and I had an amazing experience. The staff truly made all the difference. John and Jessica at check-in were exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. They were welcoming, professional, and provided great recommendations for local attractions and places to visit. Yamlet was also fantastic and shared wonderful suggestions for historical sites in the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. A special thank you to John, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. His positive attitude and willingness to help made our experience memorable. He really helped make my birthday trip special. Because of the outstanding service from the entire team, our stay was truly excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

We stayed two nights. Despite the unfortunate water rationing happening in the city, the hotel did a great job communicating what the water availability was and providing bottled water for use in between. The property is very nice, the room was large and well furnished. The pool is small but perfect for just relaxing. It is located on a quiet corner but a few blocks from the beach and restaurants and shops. I would definitely return.
