Superbe séjour et personnel très sympa !

Superbe séjour de 2 nuits dans un studio propre et bien équipé, avec balcon privé et très belle vue. Le patron et le personnel sont très sympas. Le déjeuner est bon et la piscine appréciable en fin de journée. L'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans la région en voiture, vers les superbes plages de l'ouest et pour aller flâner en soirée dans Kissamos. On recommande vivement !

Hotel au confort simple et bien placé

Hotel bien placé pour excursions à Hania, Balas, Elafonissi, Kissamos... chambres simples, propres et spacieuses, au calme, mais wifi très lent, la 4G était plus efficace sur le telephone, petit déjeuner buffet à revoir, avec des produits industriels de premier prix, café de mauvaise qualité servi dans un grand réservoir, pas de machine à café, expresso en supplément, confitures sans goût, miel industriel, tomates sans goût, pas de pain frais, juste du pain de mie (plus de pain frais car le propriétaire nous a expliqué que les clients faisaient bruler le pain frais dans le grille pain) mais son grille pain était inadapté à un usage de collectivité, donc il doit investir dans un bon grille pain et une machine à café. A part cela tout est très propre, et la piscine agréable le matin et le soir entre 2 excursions.

Estudios sencillos, limpios y bien ubicados para excursiones por la parte oeste de la isla. Personal muy amable, piscina limpia y poco frecuentada, a dos pasos de una playa amplia. Gran tranquilidad. Wij hadden ruim, schoon appartement, met uitzicht op zee en groot (maar beetje kaal) balkon. Groot zwembad met voldoende lig1stoelen, vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt wel wat prijzig voor wat je krijgt. Vlakbij strand maar iets verder van het dorpje af.

Великолепно-заботливое обслуживание, чистота в номере и на территории. Номера светлые, просторные со свежей мебелью и уютным балконом. Приличное питание, наличие бара и кафе. Глубокий небольшой бассейн, свеженькие шезлонги. Пляж совсем рядом, свободный от полчищ туристов, песчаный. Вот шезлонгов не хватает и от центра Киссамоса далековато. В целом отличный удался отдых именно благодаря комфорту номеоа, территории и заботе персонала.

They had a nice pool, thats all they got going for them. Some staff were kind. Had serveral issues with the room. Leaky sink that made the washroom a lake, wifi didnt work, ants and spiders all over the room, higher price for lower qualtity. We told the manager about all these in the 5 nights we stayed and nothing was fixed and nothing was compensated for it. Also the location is out a ways from city center so you need to rent a car or walk 2km. We stayed at hostels all before the mediterrian and they all were way better. Would recommend the hostel in kissamos city center.

Wherever places you may be traveling around the world, there's always a hope every traveler has, to go to a place where you feel cared for, to go to a place where you can feel like at home, a place where every problem is easily solved, you are listened to, and you can get to know the people behind the whole operation. This is a place of this kind look no further if you're looking for an excellent explore from where you can explore the beaches on the western side of Crete, explore cities like Chania and Rethymno, easily go to the south to places like Elafonissi and Fragkokastello. The national road is very close to this place but enough far so the only noise you get to hear is from the sea which is a few steps away. This place has a very nice pool too and a nice restaurant, and you'll be amazed by the helpful people running this place.
