O Hotel tem uma série de vantagens, tem melhorado em alguns pontos, mas pecam ainda em muitos outros:
Positivos:
- Localização (beira mar, com piscinas naturais);
- Culinária (Bons pratos e preço acessivel)
- Recreadores (Boas atrações para as crianças)
- Funcionários - Educados e prestativos, sempre!
- Manutenção - Tem melhorado. Trocaram as chaves por cartão nas portas. Trocaram os guarda roupas velhos por prateleiras.
Negativos:
- Localização (pelos atrativos naturais, se torna ponto de encontro de todos e a frente do Hotel fica bem obstruida com barracas, vendedores, cadeiras, mesas e guarda sóis);
- Falta de Itens no Restaurante - Com o hotel cheio, itens do restaurante acabam e não têm reposição;
- Limpeza do Quarto - Demorada, principalmente quando entram muitos hóspedes. Também faltam toalhas. Ficamos 3 dias sem troca! Reservem a toalha da piscina cedo, pois acabam também.
- falta de respeito e organização nas filas do café da manhã - pessoas pulavam a vez e algumas pediam varios itens de uma vez, tipo 6 tapiocas de uma vez....demora para atendimento.
- Notamos que faltava gerência e cuidado com as aparência. Teve hóspede que levou linha pra varal e pendurou diversas roupas na varanda (inaceitavel em alguns hotéis);
- Nivel baixo de algumas músicas no bar da piscina.
- barulho nas palhoças na frente do bloco de apartamentos até mais de 22h. No segundo dia pedimos na recepção que alguem passasse lá pra inibir. Não se repetiu na mesma proporção.
- Carros no Campo.

O quarto precisava um pouco de manutenção, precisei acionar a recepção para a troca do frigobar que estava em péssimas condições, demorou um pouco pra resolver, os funcionários são bem atenciosos, mas as condições do quarto deixou a desejar. A área externa é bem ampla, bonita e aconchegante, o refeitório também é muito bom e organizado.

-Não fomos abordados na entrada, hotel totalmente vulnerável e sem segurança, qualquer pessoa entra.
-Recepção despreparada, eram mais de 14h e nos disponibilizaram um quarto ainda em arrumação.
-Hotel e quartos antigos, mobília degradada, muito improviso e roupa de cama velha.
-A praia na frente do hotel é uma muvuca terrível, péssima para banho e o hotel não tem cadeiras e guarda sol na areia, totalmente sem estrutura para o hóspede.
-Café da manhã super simples.
-Refeições caríssimas para o que oferece o cardápio.
-Gaibu é um lugar feio, sem estrutura turística e sem opções de restaurantes nas redondezas, o que deixa o hóspede refém do hotel
-O day use deixa o hotel lotado, a piscina fica pequena para tanta gente.
-Além disso o hotel recebe grupos de alunos e professores e reserva espaços para times de peladas, o que deixa a área comum um tumulto.
-Se procura conforto, boa localização, atendimento de qualidade, opções boas e com preço justo no cardápio, tranquilidade e segurança, está optando pelo hotel errado.
