The hotel is quite basic. Good if you are not going to use the facilities much or if it is a passing hotel. Despite this, it has a swimming pool and several supermarkets, a shopping center and several fast food nearby. But to see the city you will need a vehicle. I didn't see any transportation options. Just the right size for two adults and one child. Comfortable bed. Kettle. The shower is very slippery.

Very basic and small. Tucked into some industrial like area. Saving grace is gas station just 400m away and we were able to top up before our next journey as our gas was running very low.

This is a basic hotel about a 10 minute walk from Carcassonne airport. We were made welcome by friendly staff. Our bedroom was clean as was the bathroom but there was a very strong nauseating smell of drains. We had to close the bathroom door during the night. The breakfast was excellent. However we were met with a point blank refusal when we asked if we could leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours before our afternoon flight. We were told very firmly that once we had checked out we had checked out!

The cool Receptionist has put us in the wrong room as the roof was open and many birds were flying into the roof. it may be nest in the roof straight from our room. there are many poo of birds falling on the balcony near our door. the swimming pool is lovely, but too small for swimming. the path to Airport is not good and rough for the case to rolling.

Réservation de deux chambres doubles du 16 au 17 août. A notre arrivée dans la chambre on a retrouvé la cuvette des WC avec des déjections fécales sur les parois et une sorte de vase au fond. Les sols de la chambre étaient sales comme si on n'avait pas passé un aspirateur depuis longtemps. Dans l'autre chambre des cheveux étaient présents dans le plateau de douche. Des fourmis étaient également présentes dans la première chambre. La personne de l'accueil au moment de notre arrivée était vraiment aimable et professionnelle. A 22h45 il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude pour prendre la douche, la personne de l'accueil de nuit a dû rallumer la chaudière. La personne de l'accueil du lendemain matin n'a pas apprécié que je demande à rencontrer la responsable de l'hôtel m'indiquant sèchement ne pas savoir à quelle heure elle arrivait. Chose plus étonnante à mes yeux encore, n'ayant pas de réponse à mon e-mail de plainte envoyé à l'hôtel, l'accueil de l'hôtel me dit au téléphone 4 jours plus tard que la responsable ne serait pas présente jusqu'à septembre. La literie était très bien et la 2e porte du sas d'entrée fait bien son job d'isolation phonique. Accès facile en voiture mais hôtel plutôt loin de la cité médiévale (comptez une petite quinzaine de minutes en voiture jusqu'à la porte narbonnaise). Je ne conseillerais pas cet hôtel à un proche.
