The hotel room has window and pretty clean. The location is close to the back packers area. For this price is not bad. The bed a bit hard but should be ok for short term stay.

Good value for money

A pleasent place to spend a few days while in Ho Chi Minh. It is located down a very hard to find alley, and it would be near enough impossible to find if you were not either taken to it or shown where it is by someone in the know. The room, despite having no windows was consistently cool, clean and very quiet considering the very loud goings on of Ho Chi Minh. Most things of note are within walking distance, but a taxi to most places will be very cheap. The staff do not speak much English but are very pleasent and will always do their best to help. The old saying of 'you get what you pay for' rings true. Do not expect luxury but for the price, this is a clean, well located, friendly hotel and I do not think you could find many hotels of a similar standard for the same price in Vietnam...

Bra hotel mitt i stan! Lugnt!

Ett bra hotell. Jättesköna sängar, tyst på rummet. Mindre bra frukost men helt okej. Vi var mycket nöjda med vår vistelse. Jag läste någonstans att det skulle vara jobbigt att ta sig in till hotellet pga. byggnation intill hotellet, de håller fortfarande på att bygga men det störde absolut inte oss.

Ett fantastiskt bra hotel som vi bokade två gånger på vår backpackingresa. Här kunde man verkligen sova ut. Hotellet ligger bakom ett stort hus som blockerar ljudet från vägen utanför. Mycket sköna sängar och bra service!

Great location and east access to river! And all of the districts! Service was great and we felt welcomed every time we entered the building! Only downside was the room had no windows however the surrounding buildings would have blocked any views so it was not an issue! Loved our stay at Aries and ho chi Minh City!

Location....

Hotel itself is brand new and very comfortable to stay. It is close to the city center but hotel location is a bit odd. Specially coming back to the hotel at night time, it is quite scary to work around. Local people are half nakid and cooking outside and macking around. Maybe not recommned to the ladies....

Lovely hotel

When you are in this hotel, it's hard to believe you are in the middle of HCMC . It's tucked away down an alley. Very clean, very quiet. Nice staff, who helped with our train tickets, and other queries we had. Breakfast was very nice. The bed was comfy. The location is excellent. Highly recommend.

Good hotel. Staff speak little to no English

We stayed here for 3 nights. When we arrived via taxi we were dropped off infront of a resturant ( nydq) and were pointed down a dark ally. In which we then did see a small sign showing the direction to the hotel. The actual hotel was very nice and clean. The only issue was the staff speak little to no English. Which made it very hard to ask. Questions about the area. There was only one girl that we communicate with, and she was not there often. The hotel is in a great location we were able to walk to the war museum, reunification building, the opera house, the water front, the back packers area is about 2 blocks away. So all in all great location and hotel. Poor staff.

location is nice jus the first time u need some time to look for it. In roundabout, you can see nydc( New York dessert cafe),you can also find the sign of Aries hotel next to nydc, hotel is just behind it. Hotel staffs are very nice,there are 2 types for breakfast, Vietnam pho or continental breakfast, simple but fair enough.If you're budget traveler, Aries hotel is a good choice.

Ideal gelegenes Hotel mit tollem Service

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist dennoch ruhig, da man durch eine kleine Gasse laufen muss. Auch bei Dunkelheit war dies kein Problem. Der Service ist toll, äußerst zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit.

Nice hotel, pleasant staff

Very friendly and helpful staff upon arrival, room condition, cleanliness and amenities are better than what we expected. The hotel helped us to book tours to Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong River Tour. Hotel is within walking distance to major tourist attractions (forget about getting a cab, the horrid traffic will set you back by 15 minutes, plus its a good excuse to get some exercise). Both of us girls felt safe even when we came back at night.

우선 길 안쪽에 있어서 찾기 힘들었구요. 인적이 드문곳이라 좀 불안했습니다. 룸에 들어가자마자 눈에띄는 침대위에 쿠션에는 더러운 얼룩이 덕지덕지 묻어있는데 그걸 그대로 놔뒀다는게 좀 이해가 안됐구요. 침대위에 여자 긴 머리카락이..... 와이파이는 됏다안됏다 자기 맘대로구요. 프론트에서는 그냥 죄송하다는 말밖에 안해여. 와이파이 속도도 엄청 느리구요. 어느 호텔이나 직원은 친절한거니 친절이야 당연한거구요. 여튼 저는 최악이였군요.

Great hotel for the price.

Read other reviews before we tried and yes it is down an alley with no taxi access but not very much of a walk. Felt safe at all times. We opted for a deluxe room and it was by far the best room of our stay in Vietnam. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel- a quiet spot in a very busy city!
