Staff are so good, specially Cristina, asking everyday if our room be clean, or if we need something she always be alert about it, the location of the hotel is closer to everything, Tortuga Bay, just a few steps to the food street but personally I preferred the "el descanso del guia" restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner ceviche are excellent, closer to church, shopping, supermarket, just u have to walk to any place. If I am planning to go back to Santa Cruz, definitely I will back to Crossman Hotel.

Quarto Limpo e confortável. Banheiro pequeno sem lugar para pendurar toalhas e colocar objetos de higiene pessoal. Ao sair não encontramos nenhuma pessoa na recepção e tivemos que deixar as chaves no balcão.
