O hotel precisa de cuidados estruturais. No quarto encontramos às cortinas mofadas, móveis em estado deteriorado principalmente no banheiro que estava bem precário. A academia faltando acessórios para utilização dos equipamentos existentes. Enfim, como falei o hotel precisa urgente de cuidados estruturais... O café da manhã é variado. Porém, com itens com pouca qualidade, não fazendo jus ao padrão que esperamos do Novotel. Como ponto positivo, destaco a localização que é excelente!

Sou cliente da Rede Accor e conheço bem o padrão da bandeira Novotel. Em geral, tenho ótimas experiências, mas dessa vez foi (e tem sido) terrível. Definitivamente não recomendo o Novotel Santos Gonzaga. Imaginem só. Cheguei às 23h depois de uma longa viagem. Chove e faz frio. Estou exausto e faminto. Faço o check in e já pergunto sobre o room service. Fui informado que funciona até 1h30min. Chego no quarto e a primeira coisa que eu faço é consultar o cardápio para ligar e fazer meu pedido. O telefone do quarto é bem antigo e não funciona. Eu ouço, mas ninguém me ouve. Pelo meu celular, ligo para recepção, que me transfere para o Room Service. Faço meu pedido 23h09min. Desfaço a mala, tomo banho e começo a me preparar para comer e dormir. Já são 23h50min. O tempo havia passado rápido e eu nem percebi. Meu pedido não chegou. Ligo para a recepção novamente. Sou transferido para o Room Service e uma senhora me atende e diz que “o menino está na hora da janta e retorna à meia-noite, meu pedido é o primeiro a ser atendido”. A funcionária Josie anotou meu pedido e o funcionário Alan saiu para jantar. NINGUÉM me avisou que meu pedido não seria atendido ou que levaria mais de 1h para ficar pronto. Total descaso e desrespeito. Não houve nenhuma empatia. Ligo novamente para a recepção para relatar o fato. Sou atendido pelo Humberto. Ouve tudo atentamente e diz que amanhã poderei falar com a gerente, caso eu queira. Mais uma vez, nenhuma empatia. Até nunca mais!

The HVAC must be cleaned immediatelly. The smell of mold was very strong even when the air conditioning was not running in the room. The smell was also strong on the 6th floor, during breakfast. One window was visible damaged in the breakfast room (see photo). Staff was very friendly but that was not enough to conpensate for the strong smell of mold.

Abaixo do padrão Novotel

Hotel bom, mas serviço de limpeza e academia ruins. Gostamos do atendimento da recepção e do restaurante. O café da manhã é excelente, o quarto é amplo e confortável. Porém, a camareira só apareceu para limpar o quarto depois de insistirmos duas vezes e, mesmo assim, foi após as 16h (horário máximo de limpeza segundo a recepção). A academia possui apenas uma multiestacao que está quebrada e não há ar condicionado, ou seja, horrível para treinar. No quarto, as cortinas estão mofadas e o controle da TV estava quebrado. Por ser um hotel de padrão mais alto, deveria estar tudo bem m excelente condição.
