Gave us a different room than what we booked claiming they don’t have that type available during renovations (yet had available to choose online and pay the extra for). Yes, the hotel is under construction, but the cleanliness is not good and customer service was awful. It had snowed quite a bit & they had no one plowing or shoveling. Just a terrible experience and no empathy from staff who placed their inconveniences back on us, stating “it only was a small amount more you paid & still got a good price anyway when I asked for a refund on the extra I had paid for the upgrade I didn’t get. Will never stay here again!
