Do not go to this hotel: for 130 euro you don’t have breakfast, air conditioning. But you will have : bad odors from the bathroom and a lot of dusts because they are doing works on every level.

Jeg havde specifikt booket et værelse, hvor der ifølge oplysningerne på Hotels.com var aircondition. Ved ankomst fandt jeg imidlertid ud af, at hele etagen manglede aircondition. Det betød, at værelset var ekstremt varmt og langt fra den standard, jeg havde betalt for. Desværre var der ikke andre ledige hoteller i byen, så jeg havde ikke mulighed for at finde et alternativ og var derfor nødt til at blive på hotellet og betale fuld pris. Derudover oplevede jeg en række andre alvorlige mangler: * Hotellets pool var ude af drift. * Lyset på badeværelset virkede ikke. * Jeg bad personalet flere gange om at få pæren udskiftet, men ingen kom for at løse problemet. * Jeg var derfor nødt til at tage bad ved hjælp af lommelygten på min mobiltelefon. * På grund af den ekstreme varme kunne jeg stort set ikke sove og endte med at være vågen i to nætter. Jeg mener derfor, at hotellet ikke leverede den vare og standard, som blev annonceret og betalt for gennem Hotels.com. Særligt manglen på aircondition er alvorlig, da det var en væsentlig del af grundlaget for min booking. Jeg vil derfor bede Hotels.com om at undersøge sagen med hotellet og vurdere en rimelig kompensation, særligt for den manglende aircondition og de øvrige mangler under mit ophold.

Notre séjour était top! L'hotel est extrêmement bien situé. La chambre était agréable et propre. La literie très confortable et la salle de bain spacieuse et claire. Malheureusement, l'établissement était en pleine rénovation. De ce fait, le restaurant ainsi que la piscine n'étaient pas utilisables et il n'y avait pas d'acces exterieur. Il n'y avait egalement pas de climatiseur mais heureusement les membres du personnel nous ont fourni 2 ventilateurs. Il a eu également un petit souci avec internet pendant 3 jours, mais lorsqu'il était opérationnel il fonctionnait bien. Le personnel était très serviable et accueillant. Nous le conseillons et nous y reviendrons!

De nuevo vuelvo. Petición vuestra a dejar co stancia que la experiencia ha sido muy nefasta. No hay A/C ni agua caliente por obras ni nadie alojado. Seguimos sin entender que ha sucedido y porque estaba disponible la reserva. La temperatura en las habitaciones eran extremas y sin agua caliente.

La struttura è in una posizione invidiabile ma era in ristrutturazione. Niente aria condizionata (abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta che dava sulla strada centrale), niente garage (ho dovuto pagare un garage privato per la moto), niente colazione. Praticamente una delusione. La ragazza alla reception non sapeva come scusarsi. Mi sarei aspettato uno sconto, un bonus colazione , un check out ritardato ma niente di niente.
