Great for the price, nice central location and very close to the Santa Lucia metro station so you can get pretty much anywhere very easily. Quite a small room, with either two single beds or a double, plus a roller pull-out bed and another single bed in quite a confined space. Better for 3 people rather than 4. The room gets serviced every weekday and they replace towels etc. The wifi was good, the signal dropped at one point but the manager fixed it asap. The front desk staff do not speak any english, and the manager speaks very little so have a phrase book handy if you need anything. It was quite noisy at night time as there were a lot of rooms in a small space.

Waste of money

First of all, this is not a hotel or tourist apartments. It's residence apartment block, so you get no help from the front desk, no access to the gym and no access to the laundry room. We booked this place on the understanding we could use the the gym and laundry room, the website gave false information. When cooking in the kitchen, the power would cut out every 30 seconds, the people who own the apartment were unhelpful in fixing this. My advice would be not to bother and go somewhere else.

Ficamos muito decepcionados com o estado em que se encontrava o apartamento. Quando entramos parecia tudo em ordem, entretanto, bastou ficarmos alguns minutos dentro para ver que estava sujo (bolas de poeira em algumas partes do apartamento), toalhas sujas, lençóis de cama sujos, inclusive com pelos pubianos... NOJENTO! A cama também era muito desconfortável, era possível sentir as molas na hora de dormir... sem falar que havíamos pedido cama de casal e ao chegarmos nos deparamos com duas de solteiro... Ademais, o WI-FI era de péssima qualidade... mal e mal abriam os e-mails... e a conexão caía a todo momento. Se estão oferecendo um serviço que o prestem com qualidade!!!! Por fim, não recomendo a permanência neste local. A viagem foi maravilhosa, enquanto não estávamos dentro desse apartamento...!
