Fantastic place to stay! The property is very clean and has the little details that make it comfortable. Highly recommend and I’ll be staying here again when I return frequently to Denver.

The room was exactly as advertised ! Do not plan on checking in early period!! Also communication was poor at best. When staffed ( from 2pm to 10pm ) the folks were very pleasant and helpful! Not sure I would stay there again because of communication concerns but its location and facilities were great!

Only open for a month so they are still experiencing some technical issues - like with lock coding working for the door. The upfront staff was super friendly and very helpful! After our 2nd night I mentioned our neighbors on the floor above us were relentlessly making thudding noises, maybe moving furniture around all night - Mika addressed the issue with signage in the elevator reminding everyone that quite hours were in effect after 10:00PM which we very much appreciated! The water, coffee, and popcorn perks were a real perk as well as the nicely appointed communal seating areas, I hope to visit more Roami properties in the future -

Had to wait in the lobby an hour after check in time while they cleaned our room, along with several other guests. Elevator was broken and we had to schlep our bags 4 floors. After checking in 24 hours in advance was told by the "front desk" (I use that term lightly - she hid upstairs most of the time) that 'we should have checked in online in advance' and was ignored when I showed her our checked-in documents, and STILL proceeded to get automated emails and texts - including one at 12:38AM - asking if we were planning on checking in. The room was poorly insulated and very loud- sounded like our neighbor's shower was about to pour down on our heads, construction noise started at 7:00am etc. 100% would not recommend staying here unless all you care about is location.
