Das Zimmer war in einem sehr abgewohnten Zustand. Stromkabel hingen lose aus der Wand. Die Badezimmertür ging nicht zu schließen, undxesr auch nicht geputzt. Badewanne, WC und Waschbecken waren stark verschmutzt, auch die Handtücher waren schmutzig. Es war sehr kalt, es stand ein Heizkörper im Zimmer, der auch in die Jahre gekommen ist und lauwarm machte. Die Kaffeemaschine war Deko, Kanne passte gar nicht. Es gab auch nichts dazu, keine Becher etc.

Yes, parking was easy. Staff was not too bad. But the room was horrible. It was not what it showed on the website, and it was just a creepy eerie place. And on top of it, the bathroom water leaked all that long. There was no air conditioning whatsoever, and as far as cleanliness far from microwave is disgusting. It was absolutely filthy. Black mold in the toilet and used soap on the sink. The parking lot is a mud hole. I actually can’t believe I booked this hotel through Expedia!! It was terrible.

Das Zimmer war schlicht und ohne Schnickschnack eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war schmutzig und das WLAN sehr schlecht. Ohne WLAN aber kein TV. Das Bett war sauber, wir hätten gut schlafen können wenn die Heizung nicht im Dauerbetrieb gewesen wäre. Leider erst am nächsten Tag festgestellt. Die Nacht war sehr warm. Das Motel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es wird dort nichts mehr renoviert..Wir kommen nicht wieder. Schade

Too many nice motels to stay here

The room was not cleaned when we checked in. The desk person said they were busy the night before with a group of motorcyclists and didn't have time to clean all the rooms. When we asked our options, the desk clerk offered to give us our money back so we could go somewhere else, or call management the next day for a discount or refund. I did call the next day and never received any discount

Havasupi Fall Trip

The hotel was ok. TV operates using Roku and there was not good reception. However, if you stay there to hike Havasupai Falls, it’s a quick stay and a short distance to drive there

Property in disrepair. Everything needs updating. We inspected the room and area. We refused to check in. The lady at the front desk was not friendly and didn’t care at all. Would not recommend this motel. Many transients were living there.

The room was a complete disaster. We booked a themed room and got the Cars room. At first glance it was quite nice but we shouldn't have looked closer. There was still coffee from the previous guest in the pot. The bedsheets were covered in stains. The bathroom was moldy. Just disgusting. We checked out straight away. Our complaint was acknowledged with a simple "OK". I'm curious to see if the refund will work.

Cheap price i guess, but sitter wasn't working properly, bathroom door doesn't even close, no screen in window so all the bugs and dust come blowing in. Everything technically works. They left plenty of supplies and amenities. WiFi was decent. Some nice decorations.
