The hotel is lovely, great location and our room was big with a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with enough vegan options for us. However, when we checked in, we were told the restaurant was all full for dinner and couldn't make reservations. We were tired from traveling all day and very hungry. The hotel should have been able to accommodate 2 more people for dinner.

Fantastic setting, great views from pool and breakfast room. Pool fantastic, not cold. Nice breakfast and bedroom lovely. We walked into Milazzo and to the castle from the hotel. We travelled by train and on arriving at Milazzo station there was a bus to take us to the town centre. We walked to the hotel from there but there is a quite a steep up hill walk to the hotel.

Modern hotel in lovely situation overlooking the sea. Two swimming pools are clean and well situated. Rooms are spaciius and modern with good size balconies although I think a kettle or coffee machine should be included..Staff are friendly and helpful. Good wifi. Easy parking

Nice hotel but not much more than that!

This hotel did not entirely live up to our expectations. The pool area is very nice also the room was very nice. However the breakfast was really messy, the staff seemed confused and was slow to re-fill breakfast supplies. The restaurant food was also very underwhelming. My dish didn’t taste anything at all, no salt no nothing… Also we payed extra for sea-view from the room but mostly saw the pool area where people could look into your room. So we did not use the balcony at all. Overall the Hotel has potential but falls a bit short.

Spent one night here before heading out to the Aeolian islands. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Views on the ocean side were stunning Ate at the restaurant which had seating around the pool - the menu was not extensive but what we ordered was sublime. They also made a simple, off-menu dish for our pre-teen who has a less developed palate. The next day we had a small medical issue and the front desk helped us get that taken care of quickly and easily.

Beautiful hotel with views across the bay.

We toured around Sicily in summer 2022 and stayed in the Eolian Milazzo hotel primarily to be able take an Eolian Islands trip from Milazzo harbour. The hotel is architecturally quirky with nice rooms and a choice of very nice (and not overcrowded) swimming pools. The food in the restaurant was very tasty with good choice and excellent service. On the downside: the Wi-Fi was truly appalling (our room was ten metres from the reception desk!) and never worked anywhere in the hotel; the maid left a wet dirty towel on top of my wife's chemise all day which then had to be packed wet; and the check out bill included the amount we had already paid Hotels.com, though the receptionist did change the bill with no quibbles.

The hotel is in a fantastic location for boat trips from Milazzo to Lipari, Stromboli and Vulcano etc The hotel has wonderful rooms with stunning views over Harbour. (And in good weather distant views of etna) Pool area is great and parking is fine (which is so important in Sicily) However there was a degree of disinterest of staff with paying guests. During our stay we were told without warning that restaurant and pool would be closed due to a wedding. The noise from wedding went straight to our room till 3am. Very annoying and a shame as they stay up to then had been great. That said I guess we were unlucky with timing and I would recommend the hotel if you are planning a boat trip from milazzo, providing you don’t mind the 30 min walk to harbor (which we don’t)

L’hôtel n’était pas vraiment ouvert (on a séjourné fin avril 2026). C’est un hôtel / résidence où le parking des clients de l’hôtel est très éloigné de la réception contrairement au parking des résidents. La piscine n’était même pas accessible pour cause de maintenance car ils ouvraient très probablement à la clientèle hôtel. Dans ces cas la, il ne faudrait pas commercialiser les chambres. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas terrible, des produits bas de gamme. Les chambres étaient propres. L’hôtel très vieillotte et peu entretenu.
