Spacious room because its a real dated hotel. Check in in the evening and the staff on shift were wonderful and friendly. But checking out in the morning 2 nights later, oh the staff were not friendly at all.

First time in Kobe. Nice hotel in the harbor. I stayed in a corner suite on the 9th floor. Had a great view of the harbor. Was nice to sit out on the deck at night and have a drink. The second morning staying a cruise ship pulled up right beside the hotel. It was so quiet you wouldn't even know they were coming in. Sitting on the 9th floor.I was the same height at the top of the ship. Was fun sipping morning coffee in my robe watching them come into port Good location 10 minutes walk from Kobe station. Everything is within walking distance.

Family of 4 found the rooms to be spacious, clean and could use an update. The location is 6 min walking distance to grocery store but the area has limited restaurants. The breakfast at the restaurant was a nice treat, the food was good. Staff and service are professional, helpful and speak English. We were looking forward to using the foot bath but unfortunately it was under maintenance. We frequented the public baths and enjoyed the spa amenities.

What a lovely place in Gotemba!! I am familiar with japanese Hospitality and Service Quality !! .. but the Gotemba Mars Garden jus topped whatever experience I had!! Lovely & friendly staff!!! .. large rooms (was in #507) with private hot spring tub, ALL clean as clean can be !! .. the men‘s public hot spring a sensation, the garden architecture just great, inspiring and good for a walk !!! … it is not the last time I was there!! Thanks!!

Spent 2 nights on the Fuji view room with private hot spring, the room is spacious for 2 even for 4, the king size beds are excellent, pillows and blanket are top class, you can see the fuji mountain lying on bed if the weather allows, but unfortunately, 1 small building has blocked some part of it (very small portion), but u can go to the top floor shared area to take pictures with better angle ~ The private hot spring is nice with view of fuji mountain, but it takes time to accumulate hot water, its refreshing ~ the only compliant is that if you are not taking a taxi to the hotel, you will need to spend sometime finding the road or the entrance of the hotel ~ you may find convienient store around and a bus stop nearby which u can take free bus to outlet or a ride to other major area ~ 9/10 recommended ~

Elegant Hotel

This hotel was an older, but elegant, well kept hotel. The service was excellent from checking in to breakfast to housekeeping. The hotel seemed a little out of the way, but a free city bus to the outlets was close by. There was a beautiful garden onsite and both the Western breakfast and Japanese breakfast were delicious. The rooms were well apportioned and very large.

こんな場所にこんな静かなところがあるのと？いうのが第一印象です。あいにくの曇り空で富士山は見えませんでしたが客室からの見晴らしは良く、部屋も天井が高く広々としていて快適でした。温泉も過度に混むこともなく広々としており、また訪れてみたい施設でした。
