The most beautiful property, in a wonderful location, excellent facilities, the most incredible spa and food is divine. We felt well looked after by the staff who were so kind. our room was gorgeous. Wir haben eine tolle Woche im Falkensteiner Hotel in Schladming verbracht. Das Zimmer war schön groß mit Balkon, großem Bad und ganz vielen Möglichkeiten, Sachen zu verstauen. Da das Hotel der Beginn einer längeren Reise war, war das für uns optimal. Das Personal ist stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und bei jeglichen Anliegen sehr hilfsbereit gewesen. Einen solch guten Service haben wir selten erlebt. Das Essen in unserer Halbpension war ebenfalls sehr gut und abwechslungsreich - zu den Speisen steht eine große Auswahl an Getränken zur Verfügung. Leider gibt es keine Getränkekarte, nur eine Liste mit offenen Weinen. Das fanden wir etwas schade. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Wir haben ein Zimmer-Upgrade auf die Junior Suite erhalten. Geräumig, sauber, komfortabel. Täglich werden kostenlose Ausflüge (Wanderungen, E-Bike Touren etc.) angeboten. Der Spa-Bereich ist ausreichend groß, da geht aber noch mehr. Das Essensangebot ist gut, die Cocktails könnten aber ansprechender serviert werden. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Arbeit der Reinigungskräfte viel hingegen schwankend aus. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der kostenlose große Parkplatz vor dem Hotel - das gibt es nur noch selten. Hunde kosten pro Nacht 25 EUR Aufpreis - das gibt es in vergleichbaren Hotels auch günstiger z.B. mit einer Pauschale. Mit der Summer Card gibt es bei vielen Ausflügen Rabatte oder sogar gratis Eintritt. Das Hotel ist als Ausgangspunkt für viele Touren sehr gut geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr schön. Das Gebäude ist trotz seiner Grösse architektonisch mit seiner Holzstruktur passend in die Landschaft gebaut worden. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden inkl. Ladesäulen für BEV. Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm. Die Eingangshalle ist groß, offen und sehr hell. Das Einchecken war unkompliziert und schnell. Wir waren zu dritt Gast im Hotel und bekamen eine 2 Zimmer Suite als Upgrade. Vielen Dank! Die Suite ist sehr schön und hat ein großes Bad mit Wanne, Dusche und 2 Waschbecken. Der Ablauf der Waschbecken ging immer zu, wenn der Wasserstrahl direkt darauf traf. (kleiner Abzug in der „B-Note“) Der Kleiderschrank ist kleiner, was uns aber nicht gestört hatte. Das dritte Bett war leider nur ein Sofa! Das passt nicht zum gehobenen Standard des Hotels. Hier hätten wir ein richtigen Bett erwartet. Deshalb haben wir den Zustand der Unterkunft mit 4 Sternen bewertet. Weiterhin hätten wir uns eine Lampe in der Fensterecke gewünscht. Das ist aber nur eine kleine Feinheit. Da die Suite in dem Flügel über der Anlieferzone liegt, war es morgens ab ca. 07:00 bei geöffnetem Fenster etwas lauter. Das Essen war großartig! Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön. Schwimmbecken (innen/außen), gemütliche Liegen, ein Sauna-Bereich mit Finnischer-, 65°C-Sauna und Dampfbad. Wasser/Tee konnte man sich einfach nehmen. Klasse! Das Personal war überaus freundlich und immer verfügbar. Toll! Insgesamt geben wir 4 Sterne! Mit 3. Bett wären es 5.
