L’hôtel a beaucoup de charme et est bien placé dans la ville de Petra. Cependant, notre expérience est loin de la parenthèse relaxante que nous attendions en allant dans un « boutique hôtel » dans un village hors des sentiers battus. Notre chambre au rez de chaussée donnait sur la rue et proche de l’entrée : aucune sonorisation avec l’extérieur et avec le hall de l’accueil où nous entendions chaque entrée / sortie au bruit de la clé électronique. Notre chambre sentait aussi fortement l’humidité - et pas vraiment possible d’ouvrir les fenêtres / volets au vue de la localisation sur la rue (et donc nous étions dans le noir tout le séjour par la même occasion). Le petit déjeuner est vraiment léger avec peu de choix. Enfin, quand on choisit un boutique hôtel, on y va surtout pour l’accueil et des services plus personnalisés que dans un hôtel standard. Nous n’avons croisé personne en 2 jours, et seulement des communications par WhatsApp. Globalement, la prestation reste correct mais pas la hauteur de la promesse qui est faite et du prix.
