Chegamos a propriedade e segundo a proprietária não havia reserva em meu nome, devido a um problema entre a Hotéis.com e a propriedade. Foi preciso comprovar pagamento antecipado pelo aplicativo do hotéis.com. Outro problema é a suíte que tem fotos da banheira no anúncio, mas a banheira não está em funcionamento. Isso induz os usuários do site hotéis.com ao erro, reservando a suíte pensando que tem a banheira de hidromassagem ( Não há mensagem no anúncio do não funcionamento da banheira). Proprietária solícita e cidade agradável. Que estas observações sejam construtivas, para melhorar a experiência dos futuros hóspedes.
