Estranho o hotéis.com aceitar um simples apartamento residencial como oferta. Pessoal da recepção sem o mínimo preparo, fui impedido de entrar no edifício, por exigência de um número do apartamento que não constava na reserva. Fiquei no sol , do lado de fora , o carro no meio da rua. Pq só há 3 vagas na porta. Recebi o tal número do apto 45 minutos após. Ainda impedido de entrar, , A recepção por um interfone simplesmente disse p eu resolver com hotéis.com e pronto.depois veio outro funcionário do edifício e disse a mesma coisa, sem o número do apartamento não entra.
