El hotel en general esta bien, centrico y con estacion de tren cerca, la zona del hotel se siente segura y es silenciosa, el personal en general es agradable aunque me cobraron 2 veces la tasa turistica y el recepcionista no sabia explicar, solo cobrar, gracias a expedia pude reclamar mi dinero y me lo devolvieron. El pueblo es precioso ,nada masificado y acojedor

Hyvä hotelli ainakin liikematkustamiseen. Suhteellisen lähellä juna-asemaa ja ympärillä on kauppoja ja ’kirkolle’ on kilometrin matka. Jag hade bokat ett rum åt min vuxen son och ett åt min själv. Incheckning var mycket långsamt och personal var oförstående och reagerade nonchalant att vi ville bo nära varandra och inte 4 våningen emellan. Det ordnade sig men tog mycket tid och kö blev lång. Jag trodde att frukost ingick men vid utcheckning fick vi betalar för frukost. Inget sagt om detta vid incheckningen.

We got to the hotel early so left our bags until 3pm check in. Once we got to our room, the bathroom had not been cleaned or even touched. Called reception who said they would send cleaner. 5 min later we got call to come to reception and they would give us a new room. Got our luggage went down from floor 10 to find out the new room was 2 doors down on floor 10. Better communication would have been good. The new room was dusty and needed a deep clean. Only one pillow per side provided (other room 2 pillows). One elevator only working so long waits. The elevator looked likes it had not been cleaned for a long time.

Boen que ce soit un hotel Mercure, jai ete déçu de mon séjour. Il manquait les serviettes dans la chambre et il n'y avait plus de mouchoirs dans la boite a mouchoirs. Jai du demandé a la reception de terminer la chambre. Personnel à la reception pouvant être froid, je m'attendais a plus de sourire et de joie. Parking tres pratique.

excellent hotel - staff were friendly, warm, helpful. The hotel is spotless! very clean, lots of amenities. The location is great for walking or biking to the main part of Amersfoort. Will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in the area!
