Booked this hotel because of its location as it is close to the train station. My expectations for Omena hotels was exactly what I had expected/anticipated. However, my booking for one adult and 2 kids (both under 10) stated we would get a double bed and a soffa bed. I had expected enough beddings for all of us 3 but we got only two pillows and 2 blankets for the double bed and none for the sofa bed ( a bed sheet yes but a pillow and a blanket would have been nice to have)

Yhdeksi yöksi, ei useammaksi.

Huoneessa oli useampi siisteyteen liittyvä epäkohta. Ei nyt suoranaisesti törkyistä, mutta edellisten asukkaiden jäljet näkyvissä, mm. verhoissa jotain minkä haluan uskoa mansikkahilloksi. Lisänä huoneessa voisi tehdä remonttia, esim sängynpäädyn kangas rikki. Äänet kuuluvat hyvin muista huoneista ja käytävältä. Sijainti on hyvä, keskustan vieressä. Ovikoodilla helppo kulkea ovista, mutta sisäänkirjautuminen pitäisi olla paljon yksinkertaisempi, varsinkin kun tiedot on jo etukäteen annettu.

Aivan hirveä ns. sohva. Todella kylmä käydä suihkussa, koska ilmanvaihto oli järkyttävän kova oven alta huoneeseen. Ihana yllätys kahvit ja teet vedenkeittimen yhteydessä. Hyvä sänky ja hiljaista. Hissin toiminta pelotti, jaksaako nousta ylös.

Huone olisi voinut olla siistimpi, muutamia pieniä roskia oli lattialla ja kylppärin lattiassa oli tahra. Sänky oli todella kova ja tyyny kovin matala. Sistustukseltaan huone oli tunkkainen. Yhdeksi yöksi kuitenkin ihan ok. Sijainti hyvä!
