Excellent

This is a small hotel but it was very clean, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was great. Our room had an amazing sea view, and the hotel was close to everything. A big thanks to Ismail who was very kind to my mum, and helped us get a taxi to the Airport at a good price, he also showed us a great restaurant very close to the hotel.

The only problem with this place is climbing the stairs to get to our room, but it was worth it as the view is fantastic and the room is perfectly comfortable. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. My wife particularly liked the breakfast and the helpful staff. She said that it was definitely the best place that we've stayed in for our whole trip.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Izzet went out of his way to help us with booking a cab, restaurant recommendations, and sharing his knowledge of the area. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions (walking distance) like blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi palace etc.

We unfortunately we only at this hotel for a few hours due to travel/flight issues, BUT the front desk receptionist was extremely helpful (at 2:30am), our little patio was great to watch sunrise and breakfast on the rooftop terrace was very picturesque. Wish we could have stayed longer to find out about the area, but would definitely go back!

Great Stay in Fatih

The location was perfect! The hotel offered access to an amazing terrace where the breakfast was offered. We enjoyed our balcony rooms. I wasn't crazy about our bathroom given that the bathtub was a bit high to get in and there was no handle for the actual shower head. There were a few issues to which the staff was a bit slow to respond but were very nice. Overall I would recommend this hotel but not for a demanding customer.

The interior is stylish, the bathroom has a jacuzzi, the Blue Mosque from the rooftop terrace (the night view is also beautiful), breakfast at the restaurant in front of the Bosphorus, the breakfast is delicious, the staff is friendly (they gave me restaurant recommendations), a nice hotel without any complaints. I would definitely stay there again.
