Got a last minute bargain deal on a Mon in early June. Room 216 was awesome. Private balcony on the end. Decor was GSMNP cute. Right downtown Gatlinburg main drag convenient. ( As well as driving to the park) I just got coffee and a piece of sausage for breakfast. Some r' neck lady chainsmoking outside of her open door. ( Breeze blowing) .

The rooms were very clean. Smelled like bleach. Like that. The hot tub was out of commission that was a bummer. There is also not a lot of places to take your dog to the bathroom. They have a small grass pad but it had rained and was muddy so my boy had to go in the street. If you are going to be pet friendly at least have a place for them to use bathroom. Very close to everything. Loved we could walk and didnt have to pay for parking. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location was great for walking the strip. The room was spacious and they were accommodating to my request for a roll out bed. The pool was nice, could be better lit at night time though. Breakfast was pretty small for a hotel with so many rooms, so it got crowded at times. The shower gets pretty hot and is tricky to get to a good temperature. The staff was pleasant and we'd definitely stay here again.
