The hotel and staff itself was very enjoyable. The breakfast staff and front desk were very helpful when needed. The continental breakfast was very enjoyable with a good variety of choices. Juices, fruits pastrys, dishes, sides, and coffees, made for a fantastic breakfast. There was shopping that was in walking distance that made the stay nice. The pool, sauna, and weight room was definitely an added bonus. The only critic I have about the facility was that the rooms air conditioning system was not able to keep the room at a consistent comfort zone. This made for some uncomfortable times while in the room.

Foi muito bom, até o pedido de check out, fui constrangida com o pedido de prorrogação do check out. Em suma muito bom o quarto com umidificador e chaleira (não tomo café e amo chá). Helaine da recepção me fez parar de achar cansativo a demora do check in, já ficar 1h a mais do check in, me deixou chateada pois até ir na área da academia, tive que ser escoltada com um colaborador. Fica uma reflexão, se não pode estender o check outnão faça, mas constranger com ligação e não ter acesso a área da piscina e academia é amador para uma rede de hotéis.

Hotel novo, com ótima localização, quartos enormes e bela vista. O banheiro é pequeno (pia com pouco espaço) e teve dois problemas cruciais: o chuveiro não esquentava e a caixa acoplada do vaso sanitário levava muito tempo para encher. O cafe da manhã e farto, mas tb pecou por alguns erros: ovos mexidos apenas mornos e pães franceses com pouco sabor.
