The stay was a pleasant experience with access to Metro station and taxi facilities at the doorstep. The hotel is situated on a road with views to most of the big buildings when you step out of the hotel. The rooms are of a good size. The staff were courteous and provided excellent service. We had a fabulous stay at the Conrad, staff were very friendly & helpful, very clean, catered for all.. variety of food.. close to shops, easy access to transport, rooms very spacious, pool, is well designed, there was really nothing we could fault about this hotel & its staff.. would definitely stay there again & highly recommend.

The hotel was excellent. My kids loved it. The breakfast buffet is worth the money, excellent food choices. Staff were amazing. Esp the people outside the door helping guests to get taxi etc…would love to return.
