Fiz reserva do quarto superior, mas o ar condicionado sem condições, solicitei troca de quarto, fizeram. Não gostei da cama, tinha pilow, tive que tirar para poder dormir melhor, estava embolada a fibra. Cama casal normal. Pedi um gelo na recepção, não tinha. Já fiquei várias vezes, mas o hotel precisa melhorar muito. O ponto positivo é a localização é bem próxima do Shopping Total, o cafe da manhã bom, fiquei dois dias.

Excelente custo benefício

Cama, chuveiro, ar condicionado todos bons. Café da manhã nota 10, excelente, muitas opções e sempre com reposição. Atendimento muito positivo. Serviço de estacionamento pago, porém é parte do hotel, não entendi isso, mas o serviço conta com manobrista para buscar e levar os carros. A 100m do Shopping Total e fácil acesso para todos os principais pontos da cidade. Ponto negativo fica para a segunda noite onde todo o hotel estava cheio e infelizmente o compressor do ar do quarto do lado estava com problema, a cada 5min fazia um barulho absurdo parecendo uma campainha dentro do nosso quarto, como ficava exatamente embaixo da nossa janela, foi um terror, não dormimos nada. Ligamos durante a madrugada, mas pouco tinha o que fazer, na manhã do dia seguinte, colocaram o quarto em manutenção, tomara que arrumem.

Good location and quite a large breakfast buffet. The staff are friendly but majority speak no English and having a multilingual staff is part of why I picked the hotel. The wifi is very slow (less than 10Mbps). But the biggest problem is cleanliness - the first room I was assigned had stained sheets so I had to switch rooms. The second morning, my towels were replaced with stained towels. And on my third day, housekeeping completely forgot to clean my room despite my being gone all day.
