Very good value for the money. Hotel is very well positioned and clean. Rooms are well sized and comfortable. I'll recommend to anyone to use as a base to visit the Eastern Townships.

Clean and well located property. Breakfast to be improved. Just like a university it army restaurant with measured portions.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had to check in early, and they were very accommodating.

4/10 Fair

They turn off the AC in October and so the room can only go down to 18.5C, or so it claims on the thermostat. Not a good place to stay if you have kids sensitive to temperature. We had to keep our windows open for better temperatures (the first room they gave us, the screen to the balcony was ripped and was a hazard). I also found most front desk staff unhelpful (e.g. for answering questions like refilling water etc), except for the gentleman who’s on shift in the wee hours of the morning.

Everything about my room was great; spacious, bright, well designed bathroom; the only thing missing was a charging station; no outlet or USB port available on the desk or night stand. I am sure it will be easy to correct.

Spacious room. The children loved the playground and outdoor pool. Lifeguards on-site. Breakfast is the best I’ve had at any hotel - made to order. Movie nights for kids. Convenient location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

10/10 Exceptional

The Hotel is primarily family oriented with a nice pool, two spas, playground and arcades. Grounds are well kept and hotel itself OK. The hotel only has two slow elevators that seem insufficient in my opinion. Rooms have been updated a few years ago and are in relatively good condition with some minor wear and tear. Bathrooms are large with a nice walk-in shower. There a total of 3 restaurants onsite. One Breakfast only that as excellent made to order eggs, bacon etc.. Word to the wise get down to the restaurant earlier than planned as it can get busy. The Bar restaurant is very nice with decent light meals and there is even a pool table to pass the time. There is a formal restaurant as well that I have not visited.

10/10 Exceptional

Absolutely love this hotel. We always get the same room/suite so spacious with the balcony and rain shower and therapeutic bath. Great value for the price. Room was very clean. A lot of black debri came out of the hot tub when it self-cleaned after my bath which was a bit weird and gross but i suppose it can happen. Parking is spacious and esy access to hotel. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Super close to restaurants and stores and the zoo! Will go back! Annie

Room generally clean. The patio door doesn’t lock and the hotel is not too soundproof..could hear people’s snoring next door.

Clean room but could use a fresh coat of paint. Beds were comfortable. Would be nice to have breakfast included but lots of options around.
