I have booked and stayed at this hotel through Hotels.com many times, and this was by far the best check-in experience I have had. The staff were very polite, and everything was explained clearly. The only downside was finding a hair in the bathtub. I do not know if it was left by a previous guest, but it was a little disappointing. Since I did not want the hassle of looking for a place to eat early in the morning, I decided to add breakfast to my stay for the first time. At first, I thought the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and the plates were designed in a way that did not allow you to take large portions. However, by trying a variety of items in small amounts, I ended up feeling quite full. The curry in the morning was especially delicious and was a great way to start the day.

Fabulous hotel

We loved everything about this Hotel and will stay there again when we next visit Japan. It is convenient for the station, very comfortable and the staff and service are exceptional. My husband had an accident during our stay that impacted his mobility so we needed taxis booking etc. The restaurant staff helped him every morning getting his buffet breakfast and everyone was just very accommodating. Thank you we will be back.

とても清潔感のあるホテルでした。 スタッフの方も皆さん感じよく、ロビーにあった麦チョコのサービスに息子も大喜び。 アメニティも必要な分持っていくというスタイルがとてもよかったです。夫婦と8歳の息子と3人で利用し、予約時はセミダブルベット2つの部屋で、そこで3人寝る予定でしたが、当日は部屋に追加でひとつベットを入れてくださってあり、嬉しかったです。 バスとトイレが別なのも嬉しかった！！ ゆっくりお風呂楽しめました。 ただひとつ、チェックアウトしてから、フロントにあるサービスコーヒーを一杯いただいて帰ろうと思っていたら、その部屋にはカードキーが必要だったので、事前に入室にはキーが必要と伝えてくださっていたらありがたかったなと思いました。せこい話ですみません💦
