Gify, Abegel, Tabitha, Michael, Richard, Christiana,Edward, and Bernard were all friendly, helpful, and nice. The rooms were very nice! The bathroom shower tile had a little mold but no issues with everything else.

First trip to Ghana and stayed at the Kempinski Hotel. Greeted by staff who were welcoming, ploite and well presented. The hotel was spacious, clean easy on the eyes. Our room although small to my standard was clean, room service amazing. Food was on point, the breakfast staff was awesome and attentive. Overhaul the hotel staff were very professional, greeted us with a friendly smile. The tour guide arranged by the beautiful and stunning Akousa made our trip more memorable. Will be returning x

The rooms at this property are showing their age. Creaky wood, moldy smells, etc. However, given the other options in the city, this is probably your best bet. The facilities are great. The rooms just need a refresh.

Traveled with my wife and sister and it was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful and the room we where in was clean and I love that there was fruit waiting for us and drinks were complimentary . We met a lot of nice people there. Our stay was very accommodating. The pool area was very nice and cozy. I love that the sauna, jacuzzi, steam room were complimentary. Upon arrival we were greeted by Gifty who was amazing our entire stay. Tabitha checked on us our entire stay. Richard took us where we needed to go. Emelia who was kind. Had a great conversation with Eddie. Bernard and Michael who served my wife while she was at lounging by the pool. Abel who was very informative. I will definitely come back again.
