What a great oasis to center yourself while visiting Seoul! Can't wait to stay here again! Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful - cannot stress this enough. Great newly renovated hotel. Staff is excellent. What we loved most was how we didn’t hear other guests in the next room. Would have loved to have a better shower door that was easier to close and perhaps a shelf for my own toiletries in the shower. Breakfast was ok, we were there 3 days and there’s almost zero variety of food items. The scrambled eggs seemed a little runny too.

They have wonderful staff and very nice views from the hotel window. It was very clean and organized since you could ask for something like only your bed sheets cleaned or replaced towels with a simple paper card. A quick tip is that most things open later around 10am-12pm but even with that everything is empty until the afternoon and night time. Also, I just used wifi to get around Seoul since there were many Public Wifi areas. Thank you Insadong for a wonderful stay!

싱글침대 3개 중 1개는 다소 작았지만 아이들과 함께 머물기엔 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 욕실은 작은 편이었고, 바닥이 카펫이라 그런지 공기 중에 먼지가 많아서 비염약이 필요했습니다.숙소 주변에는 예쁜 카페와 가게들이 많아 산책하기 좋았고, 지하철 5호선이 가까워 김포공항까지도 바로 이동할 수 있어 편리했습니다. 다만, 숙소로 들어가는 길이 좁은 골목길이라 밤늦게 가게들이 문을 닫은 후에는 지하철역에서 숙소까지 오는 길이 조금 어둡고 무서운 느낌이 있었습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절해서 전반적으로 좋은 인상을 받았습니다. 가성비있는 숙소라고 생각합니다.
