Booked the Eiffel Tower view and it was worth it! Every night my little girl got to say goodnight to the Eiffel Tower. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but we were able to make it work with 2 adults and a crib. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Metro is right across the street with 2 metro lines that made for easy access to the other parts of the city.

Three key issues: - Mattress and pillows are very worn out, so sleeping is not very comfortable - The room is noisy, both due to the blvd traffic and noise and to low insulation from the hall, lift and other rooms - Breakfast, which is not cheap, does not have fresh fruit (at all) and - if something basic runs out - they do not replenish it (it happened to me with white yoghurt)

Th staff always went above and beyond to make sure myself and my family were happy and always offer assistance when ever we needed it. They easily show be a 5 star Hotel in our opinion. Great location, but just ok.

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly 10/10, but had several issues overall. Pros - Great staff, extremely nice and helpful - Location is excellent. Literally across the street from metro, close to Eiffel tower, and lots of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. - Room was clean, bed was comfy. Cons - Internet did not work. I even got staff's internet access info from front desk and it was still nearly unusable. Luckily I was only there 2 days, but the lack of reliable (or any, really) internet was a big con. By end of our stay we couldn't access internet at all on either access point. - Maybe just unlucky, but our room appeared to be designed for people with mobility disabilities and had only a curtain around the shower head with a shower seat. No matter what water got everywhere since curtain only went down to a person's ankles and shower floor was flush with rest of bathroom.

Vue sur la tour eiffel, chambre bien chauffée, salle de bain espace suffisant, jai vu olus petit sur paris, on avait une baignoire. Personnel très serviable. Je recomande cet établissement pour un sejour sur paris.

J’ai été agressé verbalement par le réceptionniste vers 17h car lors de mon Check out du matin j’avais laissé mes bagages le temps de mon séminaire. Au moment où je voulais les récupérer le réceptionniste été au téléphone avec sa femme dans l’étage du -1 lorsque je suis parti le voir pour récupérer mes bagages, il m’a crié dessus car je l’ai dérangé et qu’il n’était pas obligé de garder mes affaires et que ils y avais plein d’autres autel sur Paris. Je suis également pas satisfaite de la literie

Tuve una muy mala experiencia al momento de hacer mi check out , ya había pagado el impuesto de turista y al salir el recepcionista muy despota me cobró nuevamente diciendo que no lo había hecho le pedí me imprimiera el recibo asegurando que ya estaba pagado , lo imprimió y me lo mostró pague y yo guardé el recibo porque haría una aclaración cuando el me lo arrebató y me dijo que ese no me lo podía llevar que era de él y después lo hizo bolita y lo tiró a la basura me dio mucho coraje porque esa no fue la manera de tratar a un huésped ; sentí que me estafó y me discriminó ojalá puedan ayudarme ; alcancé a tomarle foto antes de que lo tirara a la basura

Ligger super godt i forhold til offentlig transport, dog også med metro lige udenfor vinduet der kører frem til kl. 23 - opvejes dog lidt af direkte udsigt til Eiffeltårnet. God, hjælpsom og venlig betjening ved ind- og udtjekning. Morgenmaden var ganske fin. Værelset fremstod lidt slidt, men absolut brugbart. Komfortabel seng og pude. 15 min gang fra Eiffeltårnet. Absolut et sted jeg ville komme tilbage til.

Hotel close to all attractions

Nice hotel close by the main attractions and metro which made it easy to both visit and get to. Hotel is outdated, but this also has its charm. Pleasant staff and clean rooms/bathrooms. I recommend for a stay in near proximity to Paris finest attractions.

What not to like about the property?? Easy access to food, shopping and the metro!!! And the best -- Eiffel tower is in walking distance. Maybe 10 min walk??? Would use this hotel again for next trip. Don't expect fancy hotel -- this is a clean, under the radar type of location with scratched up furniture, clean and comfortable cruise-ship cabin sized spot.
