the property is in the center of the old city hence its amazing for the location. The hotel does not have a AC hence it is a bit uncomfortable when it gets hot and since the staff leave the hotel at 1800, there is no way to reach out to someone. Also i think the hotel can provide a ventillator in each room.

Church bells next door at 7.00am might be a dealbreaker for some but we had set our alarm for 7.00am so it wasn’t a problem. Parking is 300m away in a fenced lot and the hotel has no restaurant - but those were the only negatives we found. Breakfast was fine, there’s an elevator and the staff were helpful so that’s all we need.

Very spacious rooms (especially for a European hotel in a smallish city), comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. They are not fancy, however, and there aren't a lot of unnecessary amenities -- don't expect a lot of bells and whistles, just a solid traditional hotel with friendly staff. The beds and pillows were a bit too soft for me, but may be perfect for you. The breakfast is very filling and tasty, with a surprising amount of variety -- especially worth getting in such a small town with relatively few morning options. The bells from the church across the street are definitely audible -- and start early and end late on weekends -- but didn't really bother my friends and I too much. Given the location and the price, this is an excellent choice for your trip to Meissen.

Hübsche Unterkunft direkt an der Frauenkirche. Schönes großes Zimmer und Bad. Geschmackvolles Ambiente. Weniger schön fanden wir die Duschvorrichtung in der Badewanne (falsche Stelle und damit Überflutung im Bad, Brausekopf war nicht mehr zeitgemäß, Wasserstrahl hart) und den Schreibtisch mit der ausgebauten Minibar. Auch der Kleiderschrank hätte mehr Fächer oder Schubladen vertragen können. Ganz schlimm fanden wir aber die Eierprodukte beim Frühstück. Sämtliche Eierspeisen waren billigste Conveniant-Produkte, die offenbar per Dampfgarer fertiggestellt wurden und auch so schmeckten. Die Brötchen waren pappig und hätte ich für den Latte Macchiato extra Geld bezahlt, hätte ich mich sehr geärgert.

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer zwischen Fahrstuhl und Getränkekühlschrank…beides war lauter, als die wunderschöne Frauenkirche. Aber Dank Ohropax war die Nacht auszuhalten. Das Bett stand so dicht am Fenster, dass die Vorhänge unangenehm das Bett berührten, nachts war es durch das Fenster kühl. Das Bett liess sich auch nicht verschieben, da es an der Wand befestigt war. Was auch gleichzeitig die Vibrationen vom Fahrstuhl übertragen hat. Der Empfang ist nachts unbesetzt und somit muss man nachts alleine für Ruhe sorgen, wenn Gäste laut sind und sich rücksichtslos nach 22 Uhr im Flur versammeln. Das Bett war sehr, sehr weich und das Kissen als solches nicht erkennbar… aber irgendwann wohl mal eins… aber sauber. Sowie das gesamte Zimmer und das Bad. Alles sauber. Das Licht im Bad allerdings sehr dunkel. Parken vor der Tür ist nur zeitweise möglich aber es gibt ausreichend Plätze in fußläufiger Entfernung. Den Schlüssel ausserhalb der Rezeptionszeiten zurückzugeben, sollte ich im Partnerhotel. Zentral gelegen. Eventuell ist auch nur das Einzelzimmer so ungünstig konzipiert. Bei erneuter Anreise würde ich ein anderes Zimmer wählen.

Hotel delizioso nel centro storico di Meissen. Sia gli spazi comuni che la stanza assegnatami erano curati in ogni minimo dettaglio e molto puliti. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, quella salata è eccezionale, c'è praticamente di tutto, mentre la dolce un pochino meno fornita (jogurt, frutta, marmellate varie e Nutella) . La seconda mattina ho però trovato a disposizione nel buffet porzioni di torte davvero molto buone. Lo staff è gentile e sorridente. Non vedo l'ora di tornare!
