On the upside. The room and the hotel were very clean. Spotless. No issues there. The staff were also very helpful. This is a budget hotel, so the room is small. As is the shower. It was no problem for me but if you are expecting luxury, look elsewhere. My only complaint was the WiFi. I was here on a work trip, and the WIFI dropped constantly. Made it very difficult to get my work done. I ended up connecting to my hot spot and using cell data.

Je devais avoir une chambre rénové si c'est le cas il faut changer d'entreprise car le bac a douche avait pleins d'éclats. La porte de la salle de bain ouvre contre le lit et la lumière de la salle de bain et au niveau de la porte d'entrée pratique le nuit. Enfin la réception n'ouvre qu'à 16 heures.

Je souhaite un remboursement de la nuitée que j’ai payé pour le préjudice occasionné par le tapage nocturne que j ai subi par un groupe de personnes irrespectueux qui ont fait la fête toute la nuit sans se pré occuper des autres clients qui ont débourser une nuit d’hôtel pour se reposer . De plus, les gens de l’accueil n’ont rien pu faire étant donné personne ne reste dans cet hôtel après 21h00 et aussi pas joignable par téléphone……. Je demande donc un remboursement intégral
