The Hotel is very cheap. I liked how spacious it was and the balcony. However, I never staying here again, it had hot water problem, then it had light problems, then it had AC problems. Then, they charge you if you lose your card key. It’s not worth it saving money for staying here. The building is super old and it doesn’t feel safe.

Helpful staff. Building needs more maintenance. 5th floor under construction. Beautiful lobby. Good location, near restaurants, buses, city center, and a supermarket. Wonderfully clean and fresh towels. Good view. First room given though would not cool room during hit weather. Given different room. Electrical outlet in bathroom hanging out of wall. Part of air conditioner (a panel) missing but unit worked. Comfortable bed. Peeling paint and missing letters in hotel name on outside of building. Hot water in room in afternoon, but not in evening. Reported that to reception the following morning & they called someone.

LAMENTABLE!!!!

Un desastre!!! No tenían desayuno tampoco traslado al aeropuerto El bar funcionaba solo con reserva! Todos estos servicio los ofrecen en la nómina de servicios en Hotele. Com. Pero nada de estos tenían. Ni siquiera pagando. Solo una chica para todo el hotel, si necesitas algo hay que ir a buscarlo porque no puede dejar la habitación. Para ver la TV hay que parase encima de la cama es súper chica y está bien alta. Si estás acostado ves todo negro. Se adjunta foto. Nos morimos de calor. El aire muy pequeño para el tamaño de la habituación. El hotel se encuentra en zona roja. Se debería revisar que este hotel esté en la lista de la aplicación de Hoteles. Com
