The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located in Galata district. The property is walking distance from 2 tram stations that made it easy to access the main tourist sites in Istanbul. Staff were friendly and welcoming during check in and provided plenty of useful information to help us plan our itinerary. The room is clean and tidy, bed was comfy and came with a great bathroom.

Not only is this property extremely comfy, the staff that runs it is all so wonderful! It was nice to end our vacation with Louis hotel being our last accommodation because we got the comfort of having a “home away from home” which we badly needed after traveling for a bit.
